In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context otherwise requires:

• "99bin," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the 99bin platform operating at 99bin.net, including all affiliated services, systems, and support functions.
• "Player," "you," "your" — refers to any natural person who has registered an account on 99bin.net or who accesses or uses the 99bin platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the individual player account registered at 99bin.net associated with a unique email address and identity profile.
• "Platform" — refers to the 99bin website (99bin.net), mobile browser interface, and any associated applications or services operated by 99bin.
• "PKR" — refers to Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency used for deposits, withdrawals, gameplay stakes, and balances on the 99bin platform.
• "Game" — refers to any casino game, betting product, live dealer table, sports betting market, Cockfighting bout, or other wagering product accessible via the 99bin platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any non-cashable promotional credits, free spins awards, or match bonus amounts credited to a player account by 99bin under a promotional offer.
• "KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by 99bin before processing withdrawals or in response to account review triggers.
• "Effective Date" — refers to 1 January 2026, the date from which this version of the Terms and Conditions applies to all 99bin accounts.

By creating a 99bin account, accessing the 99bin platform, placing any bet, making any deposit, or accepting any bonus offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, including any supplementary policies referenced herein such as the 99bin Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account or use the 99bin platform. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To access gameplay and financial functions on 99bin, you must register an individual player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistan mobile telephone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

Each player is entitled to register and maintain exactly one 99bin account. 99bin strictly prohibits the creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers. Where multiple accounts are detected:

• All secondary accounts will be permanently closed without notice.
• Any bonus funds credited to secondary accounts will be forfeited in their entirety.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds on secondary accounts are not payable.
• Real money balances on secondary accounts may be withheld pending investigation.
• The primary account may also be reviewed and restricted at 99bin's discretion.

99bin accounts are for the personal use of the registered account holder only. You may not transfer, sell, or grant access to your 99bin account to any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted from your account, regardless of whether you personally initiated that activity.

The 99bin platform is exclusively available to natural persons who are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. 99bin takes under-age access to gambling products with the utmost seriousness.

In addition to age eligibility, you confirm by registering that:

• You are accessing 99bin as an individual for personal recreational purposes only.
• You are not accessing 99bin from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not a professional gambler or accessing 99bin on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You do not have a current self-exclusion agreement in place with 99bin or any other operator that would prohibit your participation.
• You are not acting under any form of duress, and your use of 99bin is entirely voluntary.

99bin reserves the right to request documentation verifying your age and identity at any stage of your account's lifecycle. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. Account functionality will be restricted until satisfactory verification documents are provided and approved.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 99bin account login credentials, including your email address, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

99bin will never contact you by email, live chat, or telephone to request your account password. Any communication purporting to be from 99bin and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

• You must use a password that is unique to your 99bin account and not shared with any other platform or service.
• You are strongly recommended to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your 99bin account via your account security settings.
• You must notify 99bin immediately via live chat if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.
• 99bin is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

99bin implements automatic session timeout, suspicious-login detection, and device-recognition systems to protect Pakistan player accounts. These security measures operate continuously in the background and do not require player activation. However, they do not substitute for your own security responsibilities as described in this clause.

All financial transactions on the 99bin platform are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). 99bin supports the following payment methods for Pakistan players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, MCB bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT TRC20 (converted to PKR at the applicable exchange rate upon deposit).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method. For Easypaisa and JazzCash, the minimum deposit is 50 PKR. For bank transfers, the minimum is 1,000 PKR. 99bin does not charge platform fees on deposits. Network or provider fees (if any) are imposed by the payment provider, not by 99bin.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to:

• Completion of KYC identity verification before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds.
• Anti-fraud and AML review procedures, which may delay processing in certain circumstances.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days of approval.
• Large wins (exceeding 5,000,000 PKR) may be subject to staged payment schedules at 99bin's discretion.

99bin reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to the player's account balance if the withdrawal has not yet been processed, in order to satisfy applicable KYC or compliance requirements. Players will be notified of any such reversal and the reason for it.

99bin may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, deposit match credits, cashback offers, or other incentives to registered players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms and Conditions and must be read in conjunction with them.

General bonus principles applicable to all 99bin promotional offers:

• One bonus per offer: Each promotional offer is available to one account per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus via multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must meet specified wagering requirements before they become cashable. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Game eligibility: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, sports betting, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at reduced rates. Game contribution percentages are published in each offer's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spin awards expire after the period stated in the promotional terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically without notice.
• Withdrawal restriction: You cannot withdraw Bonus Funds directly. Only winnings generated after satisfying the relevant wagering requirement are withdrawable, subject to any applicable withdrawal caps stated in the promotion's terms.

99bin reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotional offer is found to have been obtained or used by a player in breach of these Terms, 99bin may void the bonus, void associated winnings, and restrict the account pending investigation.

All games available on the 99bin platform are subject to individual game rules published within each game interface or accompanying help documentation. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms and Conditions, the specific game rules govern for that game type, except where these Terms expressly provide otherwise.

General gameplay principles applying to all 99bin games:

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface before play commences.
• Game results determined by certified RNG are final and cannot be reversed absent a verified system malfunction.
• In the event of a system or network malfunction during gameplay, 99bin will use commercially reasonable efforts to determine the correct game state from server logs and apply an equitable resolution. 99bin's determination in this regard is final.
• Bets placed on sports events after the relevant event has commenced may be voided at 99bin's discretion where the in-play betting system accepted the bet in error.
• Obvious pricing errors in sports betting markets — including odds that are materially incorrect relative to true market pricing — will result in the relevant bets being voided and stakes returned.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 99bin platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others in doing so.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence to interact with the 99bin platform, including for betting pattern optimisation or game interaction.
• Exploiting any bug, glitch, error, or undocumented feature in the 99bin platform or any game for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer poker or other competitive formats.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity (money laundering) to make deposits on 99bin.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including circular betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that threatens, harasses, or abuses 99bin support staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive source code from any part of the 99bin platform.

All content on the 99bin platform — including but not limited to the 99bin brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game content, text, data, software, and user interface elements — is owned by or licensed to 99bin and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 99bin platform for personal recreational purposes only, subject to these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any 99bin content for commercial purposes.
• Framing or mirroring any part of the 99bin website on any other website or application.
• Creating derivative works based on 99bin content or game assets.
• Using 99bin brand assets in any manner that implies endorsement or association without 99bin's prior written consent.

Third-party game software made available through 99bin remains the intellectual property of the respective game developers and publishers, and is subject to their applicable end-user licence terms in addition to these 99bin Terms and Conditions.

99bin collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by Pakistan players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at 99bin.net/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the 99bin Privacy Policy.

Key data principles summarised:

• Personal data is collected only for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
• 99bin does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is stored on secure servers with 256-bit SSL protection and restricted access controls.
• You have rights to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.
• Transaction records are retained for the minimum periods required by applicable anti-money-laundering and financial record-keeping regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99bin's aggregate liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made to your 99bin account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

99bin shall not be liable in any circumstances for:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from gambling outcomes.
• Interruption of service, downtime, or inability to access the 99bin platform due to technical maintenance, network outages, or circumstances beyond 99bin's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security, including unauthorised third-party access to your account.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Actions of third-party game providers whose software is made available via the 99bin platform.
• Delays in Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer processing caused by the relevant payment provider's systems or policies.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 99bin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may close your 99bin account at any time by contacting support via live chat from within your account. Upon account closure:

• Any remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
• Unmet Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from those Bonus Funds will be forfeited.
• Account closure does not extinguish your obligations under these Terms in respect of activities that occurred prior to closure.

99bin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Actual or suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a request.
• Account found to be registered in the name of a person under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations requiring 99bin to restrict the account.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 99bin will use commercially reasonable efforts to complete the investigation and communicate the outcome within 30 days of suspension. If no breach is found, the account will be reinstated and any withheld withdrawals will be processed promptly.

99bin is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable Pakistan players, including those who may be experiencing gambling-related harm. 99bin provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from your account settings immediately after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum PKR amount you are comfortable losing per session, per day, or per week. The system enforces the limit automatically.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive pop-up alerts at intervals you set reminding you how long your current session has been active.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen display of net gaming position (total wagered vs. total returned) during active sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary exclusion (minimum 6 weeks) or permanent self-exclusion from 99bin. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation and applies across all game categories.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, or addition of new game categories) may be made without prior notice and will be effective from the date of publication at 99bin.net/terms-and-conditions.

It is your responsibility to review the current Terms and Conditions periodically. The Effective Date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent update. Continued use of the 99bin platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. All disputes arising from your use of the 99bin platform should in the first instance be referred to 99bin's customer support team, which will endeavour to resolve the matter within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to 99bin's designated complaints review process by submitting a written escalation to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". 99bin will provide a final written response within 30 days of receiving a valid formal complaint.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. 99bin will not use any dispute resolution process to override mandatory legal protections to which you are entitled.
